*Dessert catering is typically for 3 hours. Setup is between 45 mins to 1 hour before the event/party starts time.
*Full payment must be made to confirm the order.
*We reserve the right to replace dessert items of similar value and type, if a certain item is out of stock.
*Due to the demand, please book us early to avoid disappointment. Issue of quotations, before deposit is received, does not guarantee our service.
We will send confirmation for every Desserts Table order, usually within 3 to 5 days upon receiving your order. Also note there might be times we unable to fulfill due to unavailability, therefore require for cancellation (we will refund 100% for such scenario).

-What is the difference between ala carte desserts and dessert table that you offer?
We offer the ala carte desserts at a cheaper price, and is suitable if you are having a small gathering/party and want to incorporate some desserts. They are typically delivered in a plain, white box. On the other hand, our dessert table includes consultation, consideration of theme/color palette, includes customized display stands/floral setup etc and offer a full comprehensive range of desserts. It is akin to dessert catering.

-Customized Cake/Dessert Orders
Our own images: While we aim to ensure the likeness of designs to sample photos provided, all our cakes are handmade and slight variations in colour and appearance may occur. Please also mention the colours, tones (pastel or bright) etc. instead of using photos as references.
Images sourced from the internet: While we try to customise cakes as much as possible, images are meant to be guidelines for your cake design - we will never guarantee an exact replication of a design seen elsewhere for practical purposes as any handmade product are unique on its own way. -How long in advance do we have to order?
For ala carte orders, please advise us at least 3 working days before event date. For dessert tables and party favours, please advise us at least 2 weeks before event date. But of course, book early to avoid disappointment if our baking orders are filled up.
However if you have any urgent requirements on short notice, feel free to contact us for a discussion. We are happy to serve you to the best we can.

-Expiry date of desserts
Our desserts are baked fresh daily close to our delivery date. For cakes, please consume within 2-3 days; for macarons please consume within 3-4 days; for cookies and brownies please consume within a week. All cakes and desserts must be stored in chiller/fridge to maintain freshness at all times.

We are not certified halal, but we do not use pork, lard, or alcohol in our baking.

Why does my cake look different from the photos on the website?
All our cakes and desserts are handcrafted individually. Variations in color, decoration, texture, piping style, and finishing may occur.
Photos on our website are reference images to illustrate the overall design style. The final product may not be an identical visual replica.
What if I provide a photo reference for a customised cake?
Reference images are used as inspiration and design guidance only.
When recreating a cake based on a photo from Pinterest, Instagram, or other sources, we will replicate the overall style and concept, but the final cake will reflect our own interpretation and craftsmanship.
Exact duplication of another cake design is not possible.
Why can the colour or decoration differ from the reference photo?
Handcrafted cakes involve techniques such as frosting, piping, coloring, and decoration placement that are done manually by our bakers.
As a result, variations in:

These differences are part of the artisanal baking process and do not affect the quality or taste.
What if I am unhappy or dissatisfied with the cake?
If you are not satisfied, please inform us immediately at the point of collection or delivery before consuming the product.
We will review the concern and determine an appropriate solution if necessary.
Can I request a refund after the cake has been eaten or consumed?
Refunds or replacements cannot be provided once the cake has been consumed or partially consumed.
Once the product has been consumed, it is no longer possible for us to assess the condition of the cake.
Can I feedback any discrepancies a few days later?
Any concerns must be raised immediately upon collection or delivery.
