Note : Our mantou are delivered in a frozen state to ensure maximum freshness and quality. If you are not planning to enjoy them immediately upon delivery, we recommend the following storage steps to keep them at their best:

Wrap each bun individually in a paper towel. Keep the mantou in sealed form in the freezer for up to 1 month or refrigerator for 3 days
Before consume, allow the mantou to rest in room temperatures and steam the mantou over boiling water for 8 - 10 mins (until soft and heated through)
Do not refreeze the bun once they have been thawed
For best texture, always reheat before serving
